Terms & Condition

Promotion

2019 Airline Partner Asiana Club promotion&JAL Mileage Bank ("Promotion") booking window is from Jun 10, 2019 to September 30, 2019 ("promotion period") and the stay window is from Jun 10, 2019 to December 31, 2019 ("Earning period").

Qualified Members can earn 2,000 bonus points per stay when booked through Marriott.com with promotion code JY6 at participating Marriott hotels and resorts in Asia Pacific ("Participating Hotels & Resorts"). List of participating hotels & resorts can find at the bottom of this document.

Membership

Must be Marriott Bonvoy member (the "Loyalty Program" and "Loyalty Program Member") and Asiana Club membersor JAL Mileage Bank members to be eligible for this Promotion.

Marriott Bonvoy Membership can be obtained for free at Marriott.com. This promotion is only available for existing mileage members only.

Earning

Qualified Members can earn 2,000 points ("Bonus points") per consumed stay booked through Marriott.com with promotion code JY6. Bonus points should be transferred to Asiana miles with the ratio of 3 points = 1 mile. It is promotion points receiver's responsibility to transfer points to the airline miles. There is no cap to earn Promotion bonus points.

This Promotion may run at the same time as other promotions run by Marriott; however, each offer/promotion will award bonus points independently of each other and offers/promotions may not be combined.

Bonusing

2,000 bonus points from this Promotion will be posted separately. Bonus points from this Promotion will be awarded to the Qualified Member's account within five to seven (5-7) days after stay is consumed and paid.

Qualifying Stay

A "Qualifying Stay" is a stay of one or more consecutive nights at the same Participating Property by a Member who:
(A) provides his/her Membership Number at the time of reservation or at check-in;
(B) pays a Qualifying Rate with the promotion code at participating hotels & resorts; and
(C) stays in one of the reserved guest rooms.
If a Member checks out of a guest room and then checks back in to a guest room at the same Participating Property within 24 hours, it will count as a single stay for purposes of calculating Stays and issuing Member benefits.
A description of Qualified Stay can be found at marriott.com under the program terms and conditions. See Section 2.1 for the complete definition of Qualified Stay. Any booking made through a third party including but not limited to travelocity.com, expedia.com, orbitz.com and delta.com are not considered as Qualified Stays and do not earn points or qualify for promotional earnings.

Cancellation

The booking can be canceled with no charge until 1 day before arrival. Please note that hotels will assess a fee of full 1-night room charge of your 1st night of the reservation if you must cancel after this deadline.
If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.

Other Terms

This Promotion and all promotions are subject to the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change without notice and can be found at marriott.com. Participating Hotels & Resorts may change without prior notice. This Promotion is applicable to individual Loyalty Program Members only and not to groups/catering bookers or to Reward Event bookers bookings. Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors.
